TOM SWAN
Meet our Managing Director Tom Swan - Tom has over 10 years experience in sales and recruitment. Tom spent several years at a global engineering recruitment company perfecting his craft. After much success, he then decided to start his own business TSG Associates. Since Tom started the business in 2018, it has grown from strength to strength, working alongside global multi-million pound businesses throughout the UK and Europe. Tom has a clear vision for the future of TSG Associates and aims to continue to grow the business over the coming years.

Tom has a great interest in sport. Outside of work, Tom loves to spend time on the golf course and also enjoys watching football.

JAMES SKILBECK
Meet our Principal Consultant James Skilbeck - James has been involved in recruitment since 2010. He joined TSG Associates in 2019 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. James enjoys the fast pace of generating new business from power construction projects, predominantly in the Renewable Energy and Waste Management industries.
In his spare time, James enjoys socialising with friends and family. James loves to travel and one day hopes to visit New Zealand and explore Auckland.
